Requirements:
High school graduate required. Some college, associate degree preferred.
Previous experience in analysis and support, particularly with microsystems, is highly desirable. Public school experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of school related operating systems (e.g., Windows, MacOS, ChromeOS), productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, G Suite), desktop hardware components, and Apple ecosystem integration.
Good character, dependable, reliable; prompt; flexible; pleasant, well groomed and able to work as a team member
Good grammar, spelling and arithmetic skills; able to be discreet with confidential matters.
Strong technical skills in areas such as server administration, networking, and security.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Certifications in MCP, A , Network , etc. preferred
$54,263 - $72,000 (dependent upon experience and qualifications)
