Position SummaryThe Contract and International Coordinator is responsible for coordinating projects, accounts, and objectives for both the contract and international divisions across each of the RHF brands. Position must be able to manage operations across different brands and divisions within the family to ensure that an excellent standard of service is provided and maintained. Position Details
Communicating with supervisors on projects and initiatives
Implementing, and coordinating programs, and activities
Helping other team members manage ongoing and pending projects
Working with CS on quotes, and orders
Working with vendors on specifying opportunities, production, and shipments
Communicating with Sales Reps, and Specifiers
Defining project timelines, and assigning necessary tasks
Monitoring the progress of projects and preparing reports
Contributing to marketing efforts related to website updates and social media
Preparing for and attending trade shows
Position Requirements
5 or more years of progressive Customer Service Representative Experience
At least one year of Furniture Customer Service experience, preference given to those with Contract Division experience
Enthusiasm for customer responsiveness in support of business needs
Great communication and organizational skill required
Ability to multitask
Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access)
Positive attitude
Highly productive
Ability to work well in sometimes stressful situations
Comfortable working in a team environment and fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation
