The Mallard Creek EEC Program Coordinator is responsible for day to day operations of the Mallard Creek Campus Preschool programs in compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures; recruiting, maintaining, and supervising qualified teachers; recruiting and enrolling students year round to include site tours and preschool readiness assessments; implementing curricula, supporting teachers as well as providing developmental care to children enrolled and supervision to staff in the Hickory Grove Christian School Early Education Center (EEC). Under the supervision of the Early Education Center Administrator the Mallard Creek Program Coordinator will be responsible for program development and growth, implementing all center curricula in age and developmentally appropriate classrooms. The Program Coordinator will encourage and support family, community and ministry development and involvement.

The Program Coordinator will learn and operate the center according to all North Carolina Division of Child Development and Early Education General Statutes, Mecklenburg County Sanitation Rules/Regulations, Hickory Grove Baptist Church and Christian School Personnel Policies. A statement of faith is required of all employees.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
