Job Description – Legal Associate
Department: Legal
Direct Report to: In-House Counsel
The Legal Associate will work under the supervision of In-House Counsel and will be responsible for contract negotiations and development. Legal associate will primarily be responsible for researching all licensing requirements, accreditation steps and standards, and contract negotiations related to insurance/reimbursement compliance and development. The Legal Associate may also form and manage organization entities and assist with asset or real estate purchase, sale, or loan transactions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Licensure: Minimum required JD law degree from accredited law school.
