Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse at Hickory Valley Retirement Ctr in Chattanooga, TN. The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, assisting with treatments and procedures, and maintaining accurate patient records. The role will also involve collaborating with other healthcare professionals and ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.
Qualifications
- Current LPN license
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to prioritize and make critical decisions
- BLS certification
- Experience with electronic medical records
