The Role

We're looking for a creative and passionate marketing expert to join our marketing team at Hickory. In this role, you'll assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across the business, helping with brand refreshes and launches, and creating compelling content that builds our brands, and our product offering, drives high quality enquiries, boosts awareness, and engages our audiences.

Key Deliverables

Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

· Develop and execute revenue-driving marketing campaigns across all business segments, including venues,

events and food.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively project manage the creation and delivery of marketing

campaigns, assets, and materials.

· Write engaging copy for various marketing materials and platforms.

· Cultivate internal relationships and collaborate with multiple teams on marketing initiatives.

· Conduct content audits, optimize content, and maintain marketing channel consistency.

· Stay updated on emerging trends, platforms, and best practices.

· Assist with day-to-day activities with the Head of Marketing

· Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by senior leadership.

You are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum requirement of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
