About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Director for Strategy and Corporate Development. This key role involves supporting the company's strategic and M&A initiatives, working closely with the CFO, and collaborating with business unit stakeholders and the private equity sponsor. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's growth through strategic planning, identifying and evaluating M&A opportunities, and leading the execution of successful transactions. A strong background in M&A is essential, with a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, or private equity, particularly within the industrial services sector.The ideal candidate for the Senior Director position at the company will have a proven track record in all aspects of the M&A process, from deal sourcing to integration. This includes conducting financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation, as well as developing business cases and integration plans. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to assess market trends, competitive landscapes, and business models to inform the company's growth strategy. A deep understanding of the industrial services sector is particularly valuable. The candidate should be a strong leader, capable of managing a team and fostering relationships both internally and externally. A Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is typically required, with an MBA or advanced degree being a plus.
