HIDDEN VALLEY HS is Hiring a Campus Monitor @ Hidden Valley High School (for 2024/25) Near Murphy, OR

Location: North Valley High School

Hours per Day: 8.5 hours

Days per Week: 4 days

Days per Year: 156 days

Closing Date and Time: Open until filled

Compensation: $18.47 - $23.39 - New hires will be placed at Step 1 through 9 dependent on prior contracted educational experience. Employees in qualifying positions will receive a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision and will receive contributions to their PERS retirement accounts. Salary schedules, work calendars, job descriptions and benefits can be found on our Website under the Human Resources Department. If you have questions prior to application please contact threerivershr@threerivers.k12.or.us or call Human Resources at 541-862-3111.

Qualifications: 

  1. Follows and maintains knowledge of applicable District policy(ies) and procedures.
  2. Assists staff with record keeping, copying, filing, grading assignments, data entry and taking attendance.
  3. Monitors and assists students as needed in the classroom, playground, parking lots, locker rooms, bus duty and at meal times.
  4. Assists the teacher in developing educational materials (copying, typing, laminating, etc.).
  5. Follows prescribed daily schedule as outlined by the building administrator.
  6. Participates effectively at regular team meetings with teacher and other support staff using appropriate social skills.
  7. Maintains safe environment for students at all times.
  8. Reports safety, sanitary and fire hazards immediately to supervisor.
  9. Interacts thoughtfully and courteously with students, staff, administrators, and parents and resolves conflict in a professional manner.
  10. Communicates clearly with coworkers and other staff.
  11. Appropriately maintain and secure confidential records and inquiries. 
  12. Dress professionally for the position.
  13. Professionally represents the school and the District in interactions with parents, community, staff, and students.
  14. Provide impeccable customer service.
  15. Maintains appropriate certifications and training hours as required. 
  16. Attends work daily as assigned and is punctual.

High School Diploma or GED required
