Job Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Reports to the Director of Sales and Revenue : The office administrator will report directly to the Director of Sales and Revenue, providing him with administrative support as needed.
· Supports all teams consisting of Compliance, Marketing, and Sales : The administrator will assist various teams within the Department, including Compliance, Marketing, and Sales, by providing administrative support.
· Responsible for customer forms : This involves helping customers with any necessary paperwork or forms, ensuring they are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
· Maintaining various customer portals : The administrator will help manage and navigate customer portals, assisting both internal teams and external customers with accessing and using these platforms effectively.
· Develop sales presentations : This responsibility involves supporting the sales team in preparing and creating presentations for client meetings, ensuring they are professional, accurate, and tailored to the audience.
· Communicate pertinent information between sales team and operations/accounting : The administrator acts as a liaison between the sales team and other departments such as operations and accounting, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of activities.
· Develop and manage retail promotional calendars : This involves helping the Sales Director in creating and maintaining promotional calendars for retail activities, coordinating with marketing and other relevant teams to ensure successful execution.
Requirements:
· Bachelors’ degree preferred
· 2-4 years of business experience or a combination of education and experience
Experience in the food industry is a plus.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· High level of computer efficiency with strong knowledge of Power Point, Excel & Word.
· Ability to handle complex projects in a multi-task environment.
· Ability to shift priorities quickly and reorganize tasks to meet the necessary deadlines.
· Willingness to take on cross functional tasks or projects and learn on the job.
· Detail oriented with a commitment to delivering accurate work.
