Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch) Payrate: $ 20/hour Job Type: Temp Location: Honolulu Parking: Not available Job Duties: • Litigation and conveyancing experience • Maintain calendars and schedules for several attorneys (meetings, interviews, depositions, and court appearances) • Preparation, finalizing, filing, and serving court documents including on-line filing with various courts and Bureau of Conveyances • Preparing and filing business documents at proper agencies • Client file maintenance (filing, tickling, docketing, and calendaring) • Occasional receptionist relief • Other general secretarial/clerical duties as required Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Must be proficient in using a computer (Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Outlook) • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Impressive communication skills • Attention to detail, keen observations skills • Multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced environment
