Our Business Development Center (BDC) representatives are trained to provide a world-class experience to all who enter our doors. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
John Hiester Automotive is currently seeking a full-time Business Development Representative to join our winning team! In this role, you will:
Interact with customers to identify their individual needs and opportunities for new/used cars sales presentations and assist them in vehicle selection based on their needs
Respond to all incoming online email leads and phone leads in a professional, well-spoken, and timely manner
Generate and schedule appointments by reaching out to prospective customers and managing inbound leads to qualify and market to potential customers
Record accurate notes into the Customer Relationship Management software
Communicate effectively with sales personnel to assist customers interested in selling or trading a vehicle

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong writing skills for writing business correspondence
Strong time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented and positive attitude with high energy personality
Professional appearance and attitude required, and must be reliable
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel or Google Docs and Sheets
Must have a valid U.S driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong communication skills
Experience in customer service recommended
BDC SCHEDULE
Closed every Sunday
Monday-Friday Schedule Varies
Alternating Saturdays 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
