Higginbotham, a privately held, independent insurance and financial services firm that ranks within the top 20 nationwide, has an immediate opening for a Commercial Lines Support role for our Oklahoma City, OK office.

Essential Tasks:

• Copy jobs with provided specific instructions
• Issue certificates of insurance
• Process endorsements
• Typing/preparing proposal tabs as instructed
• Processing proposals
• Compiling proposals in either binders or by using binding machine
• Various other clerical tasks as instructed

• Computer skills including Windows Office products (must be proficient in Word)

Experience and Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of applicable experience
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency with personal computers and multi-tasking skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Repeated use of sight to read documents and computer screens
• Repeated use of hearing and speech to communicate on telephone and in person
• Repetitive hand movements, such as keyboarding, writing, 10-key
• Walking, bending, sitting, reaching and stretching in all directions
