Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Manager with 3 years in a similar General Manager role to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest experiences, manage budgets effectively, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, guest services, and housekeeping
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue through effective pricing and inventory management
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and drive profitability
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members to deliver top-notch hospitality services
- Maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure smooth operations
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry

-Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and principles

-Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

-Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze financial statements, and implement cost control measures.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
