- Oversee the entire accounts payable cycle for designated entities.
- Review and audit all invoices entered by AP staff prior to posting to the GL.
- Ensure understanding, compliance, and communication of accounting policies and procedures.
- Accurately post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records in a timely manner.
- Aid in the annual budget preparation for assigned entities.
- Generate monthly financial statements with relevant commentary.
- Develop and maintain monthly forecasting projections for all designated entities.
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including bank reconciliation.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with assigned businesses, addressing inquiries effectively.
- Complete annual reporting of IRS Form 1099s.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Undertake special projects as delegated by the Controller or CEO.
- This position is required to be in-office, with 1-2 work from home days mixed in throughout the week, Monday-Friday.

- Full-time, Monday-Friday in-office, including 1 work from home day a week
- Salary range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year bonus opportunity, based on experience
