High Haven Retail LLC is Hiring a Front Desk Associate Near Normal, IL

Front Desk Security Associates serve as the first point of contact for customers entering the retail space or calling on the phone. As the first face to greet our customers, the Front Desk Security Associates create intentional customer experiences by being enthusiastic, personable, and welcoming. They guide the customers through their check-in process, verify their age and identity, and answer any questions either in person or via phone.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome all customers and facilitate a seamless check-in process
  • Verify customer age and identification card status
  • Explain the facility's procedures and policies to customers
  • Manage the flow of the lobby and customer queue to ensure all customers are helped in a timely manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and provide general information regarding visiting the store, purchasing product, and location/store hours
  • Manage the visitor’s log
  • Ensure compliance by adhering to company policies and best practices
  • Complete downtime duties such as cleaning, organizing, and special projects
  • Operate with integrity and honesty
  • Ensure the safety and satisfaction of all customers and staff
  • Assist in other departments within the facility
  • Work as a team player and contribute to a positive working environment
  • All other duties as assigned by supervisor
