The Inventory Associates are responsible for fulfilling the orders placed by in-store customers and online pre-order. Using the state’s verification system and High Haven’s POS system, they will intake, manage, move, and count the inventory on a daily basis. The Inventory Associates will also identify products for quarantine and assist with the investigation of inventory discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Package orders from in-store customers, and online pre-orders
• Manage inventory by stocking and cataloging products
• Utilize the state verification system and POS system to document the movement of products throughout the store
• Perform daily inventory counts
• Report discrepancies in inventory and assist with investigation to locate missing items or product overages
• Assess the products delivered before delivery is officially accepted
• Perform quality checks on items stored in inventory to ensure products are unadulterated, compliant, and within their expiration date
• Count and stock non-cannabis supplies
• Ensure compliance by adhering to company policies and best practices
• Complete downtime duties such as cleaning, organizing, and special projects
• Operate with integrity and honesty
• Ensure the safety and satisfaction of all customers and staff
• Assist in other departments within the facility
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor
