Position: Part-Time Sales Associate - High Times Retail Store

Location: Connected to High Times Dispensary 1620 Market St. Denver CO 80202

Hours: 30 hours/week (Three 10-hour shifts)

Compensation: $19-$21 per hour

With a rich history of championing the lifestyle and legal rights of the cannabis community, we have evolved into a multifaceted brand that includes the High Times Dispensaries and now, our latest venture, the High Times Retail Store. This new retail space will specialize in exclusive High Times clothing and merchandise, embodying the spirit and heritage of our brand while fostering a deeper connection with our audience.

Position Overview: The Part-Time Sales Associate will work closely with the Full-Time Sales Associate to support the operational, sales, and branding efforts of the High Times Retail Store. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about the cannabis culture and have experience or a strong interest in retail. The Part-Time Sales Associate will contribute to creating an exceptional customer experience, maintaining the store’s aesthetic, and achieving goals.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations and uphold the High Times brand.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and product advice.
• Manage inventory to meet demand and maintain store look.
• Keep the store clean and visually appealing.
• Follow the Full-Time Sales Associate’s lead on store policies for compliance and efficiency.
• Foster teamwork with open communication and collaboration.
• Stay updated on products, promotions, and High Times Dispensary events for a cohesive brand experience.

Qualifications:

• Retail or customer service experience with a desire to advance in retail.
• Strong communication skills and team engagement.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Passionate about cannabis culture and product knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
