We are seeking a Highly Motivated and Experienced, Canvassing Manager, in Auburn, WA and surrounding areas!

HPH provides high quality remodels for thousands of customers and has an A Rating with the BBB. HPH is prominent in the building community and members of the Home Builders Association, Home Performance Council, AMMA Certified and a Platinum Preferred Contractor.Specific​ ​Duties:

Auburn WA, Canvass​ ​Manager​ ​Fulfillment:

● Develop strategy for covering territory & territory progression to maximize all ROI and

other marketing campaigns.

● Identify appropriate homes and neighborhoods for territory.

● Track and measure results for territory covered.

● Prepare area reports.

● Canvass and secure homeowner information who are need/ are interested in receiving

High Performance Homes Services.

● Primary responsibility is making sure each team member is generating 20 qualified leads

a week.

● Managing all team members to achieve lead to sale conversion rate.

● Minimum of two confirmed next days per day per team member.

● Minimum of four written leads per day per team member.

● Minimum of 100 door hangers hung per day per team member.

● Respond promptly to all confirmation inquires.

● Respond promptly to all management.

● Coordinate with Sales Manager about territory results.

● Manage all canvasser members activities i.e. breaks and lunches.

● Coordinate travel details with team.

● Strict adherence to HPH Dress Code & ID Requirements.

● Strict adherence to HPH Policies and Procedures.

● Monthly review of team.

● Must canvass with managers and team members.

● Must be on time.

● No pre-judging homes/ neighborhoods.

● Must ensure that all leads are in proper text format, and that confirmed lead information

is correct.

● Canvass Manager must carry company ID/ Business cards at all times.

● Canvass Manager must adhere to dress code.

● Submit Payroll hours online daily.

Candidate must be able to commute to Auburn, WA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $68,000.00 per year
