Responsibilities:

  • Provide the highest level of client service and support for our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals.
  • Check in with our Clients regularly to see where we can support their growth, get them involved in our community or share resources.
  • Assist clients with account setup, transfers, and other administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests.
  • Track clients number submissions & support as needed
  • Submit and track KPIs relative to client program
  • Implement new retention strategies as needed

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in this type of role
  • 3-5 years experience in a fast paced culture
  • 3-5 years experience with Mac computers
  • 3-5 years experience with Google Sheets & Gmail
  • Strong skill set in detailed organization, scheduling, time management and courteous communication
  • Strong skill set in problem solving, mining data, creating solutions and evolving this position.

Compensation:

  • $22 - $24 / hourly wage
  • Competitive merit increase plan based on performance
