**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent guest service skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. **Responsibilities:** - Manage and supervise front desk staff, including training and scheduling - Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Maintain an organized front desk area and lobby - Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accuracy in billing - Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures - Monitor room availability and make reservations as needed - Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction **Requirements:** - Proven experience in a front desk or hotel management role - Strong knowledge of phone systems, guest services, and guest relations - Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism - Familiarity with night audit procedures is preferred - Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
