High Seas is hiring Top Class Cannabis Delivery Driver. As a Cannabis Delivery Driver you will join the movement with High Seas Delivery to make cannabis easily accessible for all adults; Earn a guaranteed hourly rate plus tips while delivering cannabis for our licensed retailer

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete
• Properly charging customers and maintaining accurate cash handling
• Follow delivery routes provided by GPS mapping technology
• Deliver product while following all regulations
• Upholding the cleanliness and standard maintenance of delivery vehicles
• Strict adherence to company policies, DCC regulations and safety procedures
• Ensure efficient, timely deliveries while preserving the quality of each product through careful handling
• Provide excellent customer service with the intention of increasing customer satisfaction, ensuring customers depend on us for their future cannabis delivery needs
• A Delivery Specialist will be in a car, driving and/or sitting for long periods of time
• They will be working outside and may be exposed to weather, high levels of noise, and vehicle fumes during the job

Qualifications/Skills

• Must be 21 years old
• Must have a valid & clean driver's license
• Must be willing to consent to a criminal background and motor vehicle history check
• Must agree to using a company issued GPS tracking device and/or dashcam
• Knowledge of California driving laws and regulations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer and technological competence
• Customer-centric mindset and excellent customer service skills
• High volume cash handling abilities
• Ability to work well in a team or independently
• Great coordinating abilities and time management skills
• Self-motivated and self-driven
• Proven working experience as a delivery driver
• Familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods
• They must have their phones with them at all times and will be required to use their personal cell phones frequently
• A Delivery Specialist should expect to sit for long periods of time and possess the ability to move and/or lift 30 lbs to 60 lbs

• As a Delivery Specialist, you will be a W-2 employee earning a guaranteed hourly wage, sick leave, and tips (you keep 100% of your tips) for delivering legal cannabis products to consumers
