Duties will include (but not limited to)

• Responsible for sales and patient experience by maintaining a tidy, safe and inviting store environment.
• Greet patients warmly when they enter
• Educates patients on all varieties of cannabis and cannabis-infused products in the store and phone calls
• Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures
• Handle cash transactions accurately with correct discount(s)
• Maintain knowledge of current products, sales & promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges and security practices
• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures
• Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations in a professional manner
• Accurately use and maintain our Point of Sale (POS) system
• Restock inventory
• Clean shelves, organize product; maintain organized efficient workspace
• Must be able/willing to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening and holiday shifts. We are open 24/7, 365
• Requires extended periods of standing
• Requires extensive keyboard work for product entry
• Requires bending and reaching into inventory storage bins
• Requires twisting
• Requires lifting 10-20 lbs.
• Other duties assigned by the Management Team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
