My client, a growing boutique executive search brand, is looking to invest further into their growth with full desk, accounting & finance recruiters. The brand has grown conservatively over the last 18 months, with a real focus on investing in their infrastructure & current team.

The flexibility provided by my client cannot be taken as a weakness in performance, with an average experience level of 3.5 years the average billings in the business sits at $520,000!!

*Over 30% of their staff billed in excess of $1m last year*
