- Performs work independently under manager's direction.
- Sanitizes and cleans work/grow areas, common areas such as break rooms, restrooms, and office spaces.
- Uses approved cleaning supplies to clean and disinfect commonly touched areas to reduce the spread of germs.
- Snow removal as needed as well as salt application to ensure safety
- General cleaning and organization of supplies, areas, and equipment
- Washing of pots as needed
- Emptying trash bins and recycle bins
- Communicates clearly and effectively with coworkers.
- Meticulous and organized in performing duties. Excellent time management
- Follow regulations and company guidelines.
- Able to problem solve independently and know when to ask for help.
- Works creatively to leverage unique strengths to the benefit of the company.
- Very good attendance. Late arrivals and missed shifts will not be tolerated.
- Must be highly motivated, hardworking, and able to self motivate with little supervision
- Driver’s License (Required)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be 21
