**JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:**

Hospitality Services: Legends Pub at The Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center is seeking an experienced candidates for its Bartender position.

Responsibilities include:

* Taking orders

* Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

* Maintaining stock and supplies

* Computing basic math calculations

* Using Micros POS system

* Maintaining cash transactions and register without discrepancy

* Bartenders will be expected to serve on some occasions

Candidates must be 20 years of age, and must be RAMP certified or be willing to take the training as a condition of hire. Applicants must have previous full service bartending experience. This position requires working on your feet for an extended period of time. Candidates must possess good communication skills, be outgoing, and give top priority to customer satisfaction. Work hours are various, and include some weekends and holidays.
