Highest Standards LLC DBA Fuego is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Specialist with a strong background in graphic design and web development. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective email marketing strategies, creating and implementing effective social media marketing strategies, designing visually appealing graphics and multimedia content, and managing the company's online presence across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create engaging and visually appealing graphics, images, videos, and other multimedia content for social media platforms.
- Design and maintain the company's website, ensuring a seamless user experience and incorporating effective SEO techniques.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement digital marketing campaigns that align with overall business objectives.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in social media marketing, graphic design, and web development.
Requirements:
- Experience in Marketing, Graphic Design, Web Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, graphic design, and web development.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development frameworks (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Drupal).
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
