Urgently Hiring - Dry Force is currently hiring for our in-house Mitigation Team!
Dry Force is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a MICA Coordinator. The MICA Coordinator will primarily work within the MICA platform, assisting with various administrative tasks related to the restoration process. This is an in-office position located in Irving, TX, with the flexibility to work weekend hours from home after training has been completed.

Responsibilities Include

• Utilize the MICA restoration software to audit restoration projects, including water damage, and mold remediation for accuracy and completion.
• Coordinate with field technicians and other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with the other MICA Coordinator to ensure seamless coverage and support.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
• Create Xactimate estimates from MICA field reports .

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in the restoration industry or similar field preferred.
• Proficiency with the MICA restoration software by Next Gear Solutions or similar project management software is highly desirable.
• IICRC WRT & ASD certifications preferred.
• Xactimate Level 1 preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and process multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work every other weekend and occasional evening hours as needed.
