MDS Coordinator (RN) Responsibilities :

  • Manage the Care Planning process
  • Input medical diagnosis using ICD 10 coding
  • Obtain and analysis data / reports for QI / QM on CMS site
  • Ensure appropriate reimbursement with assessments and optimizing CMI
  • Work with IDT in completing insurance updates for case management.
  • Be well versed with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations
