MDS Coordinator (RN) Responsibilities :
- Manage the Care Planning process
- Input medical diagnosis using ICD 10 coding
- Obtain and analysis data / reports for QI / QM on CMS site
- Ensure appropriate reimbursement with assessments and optimizing CMI
- Work with IDT in completing insurance updates for case management.
- Be well versed with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations
