JOB SUMMARY: Highland Rivers Behavioral Health has many ways individuals will access our services, one of which is through emergency departments in their local hospital. The ED Diversion program is a program that is embedded in those hospital systems to meet and assess individuals needing behavioral health or substance use services. The goal of this program is to avoid a costly, not necessary hospitalization and instead divert individuals to the needed level of care quickly.
