Job Summery
Responsible for servicing all types of residential HVAC equipment, repair and replace equipment, including but not limited to, furnaces, air conditioning, evaporative coolers, water heaters and pool pumps.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Repair HVAC related equipment according to program standards.
• Diagnoses HVAC systems and all other related HVAC components correctly and in a timely manner
• Preview and evaluate jobs to identify proper materials required for install.
• Follow instructions to properly assemble equipment on site.
• Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials needed for each job.
• Properly & timely fill out all paperwork required for each job.
• Maintain continuity by documenting and communicating to management irregularities and needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle, ensure the vehicle is properly stocked and everything is properly secured.
• Service or replace residential HVAC and plumbing equipment including but not limited to Furnaces, Air Conditioning, Evaporative Coolers, Water Heaters.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualification:

• 2 year(s) of experience in the HVAC industry
• EPA Certification
• Knowledge of residential HVAC codes.
• Valid California Driver License and reasonably clean driving record
• Preferred experience installing and working with water heaters
• Able to work independently and with others

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, climb, crawl, push, pull, reach, sit, stand, climb ladders, and work with various equipment. Must be able to operate a pallet jack and forklift. Frequently have use of wrists, fingers, and hands to enter data into computer system. The employee will frequently be required to lift objects up to 70 pounds.
