We are a community based Oncology Clinic dedicated to providing the highest quality of innovative care delivered with compassion and precision. We are seeking an experienced Triage nurse/case manager, oncology experience strongly preferred, but not necessary. Problem solving skills and critical thinking a must. This is a remote position but will require occasional time in clinic. Must be a great communicator and be self motivated. Proficient in EMR/Excel. Responsible for the triage of patient phone calls, emails and symptom reports. Acting as a liaison between the physician/team and the patient.
