Title: National Production Support Specialist

Location: Corporate Office in Allen, TX (open to remote or hybrid)

Job Description:

Provide world-class customer service focused on loan content and workflow guidance/clarity as an additional layer of support within the National Production department.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience in retail mortgage banking, familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within loan origination, processing, and compliance.
• Positive attitude and adaptability to fast-paced, frequently changing environments while maintaining exceptional customer service both internal and external.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours with the understanding that overtime may be necessary.
• Must be able to travel as needed for onboarding and other NPS related activities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet expectations with minimal supervision.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Current knowledge of RESPA, TRID and QM requirements.
• Experience using Encompass LOS and proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with AUS engines such as LP, DU, and GUS
• If you hold an existing active license in one or more states, that’s a plus!

Essential Duties of the Position:

• Responder shifts from the National Production Support inbox to be completed timely and consistently.
• Maintain active knowledge of HRM’s policies and procedures.
• Participation in onboarding new hires/branches and transition pipelines.
• Completion of disclosure reviews for new hire originators.
• Communication of Shared Services requests with National Production Support leadership.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
