Job Description : JOB SUMMARY
- CANDIDATE MUST BE US Citizen (due to contractual/access requirements)***
Responsibilities Include:
- working incident, problem and request tickets to completion
- performing changes in a production environment
- following all establish procedures
- gathering documentation fulfill audit requirements
- vulnerability management
- design and configuration of ISE, Wireless and monitoring tools
- Serves on teams in clearly defining, with the customer, requirements, deliverables and timeframes. Escalates issues and makes recommendations to resolve them to the appropriate audience.
- Conducts root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex problems impacting IT Infrastructure.
- Develops and/or delivers technical training in complex technical areas.
- Completes project tasks to enable the on time, within budget and scope delivery of IT Infrastructure projects.
- Assures compliance to required standards, procedures, guidelines and processes.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- None
- 1-3 years of experience in Information Technology
- Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP routing protocols
- Good understanding of Cisco Wireless technologies, Cisco ISE, Cisco DNAC, Solarwinds.
- Proficient in LAN, WAN, MAN and/or VoIP architecture
- Good understanding of SDWAN architecture
- Ability to balance competing priorities and adjust as needed
