The Membership Services Representative provides immediate, efficient and friendly customer service in person or over the phone. This positionis responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Highpoint members, prospective members and guests. We value the responsibility you have as the first point of contact for our members, guests and potential members.

This position requires the candidate to demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal, problem solving, multi-tasking, and conflict resolution skills. Candidates must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Professionalism:Must be enthusiastic, respectful, and friendly; with a professional and welcoming presentation, and most importantly, possess a positive attitude.
Interpersonal skills:Strong interpersonal skills to relate easily with people of various backgrounds and personalities. Establish relationships and build rapport with employees, members, and guests.
Customer service skills: Provide customer support in a prompt, friendly, and timely manner.
Self- starter and team player: Must be able to work both independently as well as in a team environment.
Listening and communication skills: Requires the ability to actively listen to members or guests to understand their needs and concerns. Must possess great oral and written communication skills to effectively share members’ needs and requests to management.
Stress management skills: Must be able to maintain composure in a high pressure and fast-paced environment.
