The client is seeking to hire an experienced commercial litigation attorney or associate to join our Washington, DC office. The position is in a real estate and construction litigation practice group.

Job Requirements:

Qualified candidates will have at least 6 to 8 years of commercial litigation experience, including significant experience taking and defending depositions. Hearing and some trial experience is required. Ability to work in a fast paced client-centric environment with a varied caseload involving complex issues is critical. Ideal candidates will be admitted to practice in DC, in addition to VA and/or MD.
