Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Sewing/Production Associate to join our team. As a Sewing/Production Associate, you will be responsible for operating sewing machines and fabricating signage in a warehouse setting. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

Duties:
- Operate sewing machines to sew and assemble signage according to specifications
- Fabricate signage stitching and attaching various components
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Follow production schedules and meet daily production targets
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Skills:
- Proficient in operating sewing machines and other relevant equipment
- Strong knowledge of sewing techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
