STORE MANAGER
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer service, financial performance, and operational efficiency. They will collaborate closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability. This position requires a self-assured leader with extensive fast-service restaurant experience, authentic hospitality skills, and a track record of making a tangible impact on daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of front and back-of-house staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Train, develop, and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential
Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered, exceeding guest expectations and building long-term relationships
Implement and maintain operational standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor financial performance, analyze sales and cost data, and develop strategies to achieve financial targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and drive foot traffic
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality ingredients at competitive prices
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as necessary
Increase year-over-year sales, store operations, and brand presence in community
Qualifications:
2 years of experience as an Assistant or General Manager of a quick-service restaurant concept
Proven track record of strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable dining experiences
ServSafe Manager certification preferred
Reliable transportation, excellent verbal and written communication skills, punctuality, and professionalism
