Your Future Team
Hightower is looking for an Senior Analyst to join our growing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. The FP&A team uses financial and operational data to support strategy development, drive growth initiatives and identify efficiencies in the organization. The team collaborates across the organization to support informed decision-making and strategy execution.
What You'll Do
You will bring a blend of financial and analytical capabilities. You will aid the FP&A team in building and improving processes that drive the organization to scale at a pace required to support top-line growth. You will collaborate within the Finance team and across the organization to support financial and strategic planning, monthly and quarterly financial close processes, and building and analyzing business performance metrics.
Relevant experience includes Corporate Finance, M&A advisory, financial consulting, or other analytically driven roles.
