The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in data visualization using Smartsheets and a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.*This is a Fully Remote - Telework position*Essential Job Responsibilities Import, build, and standardize smartsheets for seamless collaboration with stakeholders Utilize formulas to surface key metrics and automate cell values Create automations for alerts, approvals and update requests Build intake forms to capture information Build reports based on specific criteria Create dashboards to visualize important project data Work with stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements Translate requirements and analyses from stakeholders and program leadership into visualizations Participate in the planning, development, and revision of data visualizations Participate in the planning, development, analyzation, and revision of data sets and contribute to clear and concise technical design, reports, and other feedback mechanisms Ensure visualizations are accurate, consistent, current, and organized in a manner suitable to their target audiences Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency Research and to existing visualizations for improved education, engagement, and outreach recommend improvements and best practices Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation and reports Update deliverables tracker spreadsheets as necessary Develop and maintain documentation of data visualization processes and procedures Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data visualizationMinimum Qualifications3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience. Bachelor's Degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in data visualization using Smartsheets Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Smartsheets, and Excel Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to Obtain a US Secret Government Security Clearance (US Citizenship Required) Work location: Fully Remote; Telework authorized.
