The RolePainter Apprentices will complete a 6,000 hr. program consisting of on-the-job training and class room studies that are designed to give them maximum exposure to many different skills aboard naval vessels. Paint workers in the marine environment are responsible for blasting, spraying, brush painting and many other coating processes within the marine shipbuilding industry. Painter Apprentices must be able to operate many types of equipment and gauges in relation to blasting and spraying.
Must HaveMust Be a Current Ingalls Shipbuilding Employee. Must Be a High School Graduate Or Have Completed Your GED. Must Provide The Following Information At Time Of Intake Interview

- Any college or vocational transcripts or certificates
- Driver's License or State ID
