Job Description
HII Mission Technologies Division is seeking a TDL Ops Manager in support of a large Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies.
Positions will be based at global Army training site in Orlando, FL. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing the integration and functional fidelity of LVC training domains in support of scenario simulations, which includes implementing RTU decisions and offering feedback for unit performance enhancement during MC exercises, and supporting CTC training devices. Ensures comprehensive range operations covering management, planning, scheduling, coordination, integration, and maintenance/repair of range facilities and is also tasked with establishing target configurations and enabling deployable range capabilities. The role extends to the operation and maintenance of training networks, sustaining integrated communications critical to training exercises.
Minimum Qualifications
8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 6 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience.
Preferred Requirements
Up to 14 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; Up to 12 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; Up to 9 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or 19 years relevant experience with High School or equivalent.
Physical Requirements
Job performance may require working in an industrial or shipboard environment. Normally not required to lift more than 40 pounds higher than three feet above feet/floor level.
