Support the development of the practice by attracting, hiring, retaining, and developing top talent. Establish and strengthen the Hilco Global brand across relevant markets. Establish and maintain an effective pipeline; enabling the practice to sustain a growing team. Establish yourself as a trusted and respected member of the senior leadership across the Hilco Global brand. Develop relationships throughout the firm to support the development of enhanced cross-selling opportunities across all practice areas. Qualifications 15 years total experience and 5 years minimum of relevant experience in at least one of the following areas: Assignee for the benefit of creditors, receiver, wind-down officer, or working as a professional in the same or adjacent financial advisory or legal capacities. The successful candidate will have the ability to generate new business opportunities and effectively serve our existing clients. Detail-oriented individual with a keen eye for accuracy. Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and possesses a proactive and positive attitude, while consistently acting as a collaborative team player. Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment. Exceptional organizational skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing deliverables. Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels and across functional boundaries.
