Hill International is Hiring a Project Manager/Architect Near Washington, DC
- Serve as one of Hill’s six on-site project managers with total responsibility for specific work packages as assigned including quality assurance, change order management, issue resolution, coordination, project controls, and reporting.
- Incumbent reports to a Senior Project Manager for Operations and another Senior Project Manager for Project Controls in a matrix organizational structure.
- A minimum 8 years of relevant work experience required.
- Professional registration as RA, PE, or CCM is preferred but not required.
- Relevant experience managing Construction Manager as Constructor (“CMc”) or Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR)” project delivery is preferred.
- General Contractor experience in managing federal construction projects is preferred.
- Experience with federal QA process is preferred.
- Experience managing historic renovation construction projects is preferred.
