Your Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Maintain accounts payable, payroll records, bank deposits, and coordinate accounts receivable with our reimbursement manager.

  • Report Expertise: Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and tax returns. Prepare financial reports for financial institutions, state and federal agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A high school diploma or GED is required. Courses and college classes in bookkeeping, accounting, and finances are preferred.

Experience:

  • Office Expertise: With at least two years of office experience in healthcare accounting, you're well-equipped to handle the intricacies of financial management.

Job Knowledge:

  • Technical Skills: Utilize typing, telephone skills, calculators, computers, and adding machines. Familiarity with chart of accounts, basic bookkeeping, tax reports, financial reports, and relevant government agencies (Department of Labor, Internal Revenue Services).
