QualificationsJob Requirements:
- Associates degree of nursing required
- Three years Case Management experience in a hospital setting
- Current RN Oklahoma license
- BLS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Managed Care Certification or Certified Case Manager preferred
- 3-5 years experience as RN preferred
