QualificationsRequired Education: High school diploma or equivalent work experience, college courses a plus.
Required Experience: General office experience. Customer service experience.
License/Certification: Valid driver’s license.
Preferred QualificationsPhysical RequirementsPrimary Work Location:Works in an office environment.
Physical DemandsWork is performed in a typical, comfortable interior work environment which does not subject the employee to any unpleasant elements; individual has discretion in relation to walking, standing etc., and has minimal exposure to physical risks.

Supervisory Responsibilities:Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensures that paperwork to be processed by local operations is prepared to established procedures (prior to 4pm the prior day).
- Complete and submit all commercial receivers and delivery tickets for warehouse customers.
- Reports all storage information for shipments received into SIT.
- Maintain commercial equipment spreadsheet and send weekly recap to commercial team.
- Collect logs and monitor log report.
- Perform weekly vehicle inspections as required by management.
- Update monthly driver report cards.
- Maintain and Post monthly reports as directed.
- Maintain and submit weekly fuel and labor reports.
- Audit all branch paperwork to ensure accuracy.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
