THE HILLIARD RANCH IN EMORY, Texas is seeking a full-time, year-round Ranch Worker to join our team who has experience operating farm equipment .

This person will have experience with large farm tractors, skid steers, front end Loaders, excavators. and maintainers

This position also entails repairing fences, spraying, and cleaning fence lines, painting fence, driving tractor, moving feeders, etc.

Duties include:

Fence repair

Weed eating.

Mowing

Maintaining equipment

Cutting hay

Installing culverts

Operating Heavy equipment

Chemical spraying for weeds

Must have a clean driving record, be able to routinely lift 50lbs or more, pass background check and must provide references. Salary offered will be reflective of previous job experience. We offer a full benefit package, including health insurance, 401(k) Plan, life insurance, paid time off, etc.
