CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS & COMPLIANCE MANAGER

The Construction Projects & Compliance Manager requires comprehensive planning, development, and construction support oversight.

Responsibilities include managing preconstruction planning and permit processes and ensuring compliance with regulations. Coordination with various stakeholders, including contractors and utility providers, is vital.

Additionally, tasks involve:

  • Directing project close-out procedures.
  • Coordinating subcontractors.
  • Ensuring timely material delivery.
  • Optimizing supply chain management.

This position also involves evaluating and improving pre-development processes, maintaining legal compliance, and implementing brand standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor's degree in technical, business, or other related discipline is required, with a preference for a concentration in construction management.
  • Minimum three years of experience in construction management, engineering, or planning.
  • Intermediate knowledge of land development and the construction industry
  • Knowledge of construction methods and technologies and ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts, building code requirements, and ordinances.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a constant eye on quality and compliance.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft desktop applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective under time-sensitive circumstances.
  • Strong time management, leadership, project, decision-making, and multitasking skills.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Some overnight travel may be required.
