Hillsboro Industries is Hiring an IT Coordinator Near Hillsboro, Ks

Role and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate and promote the company’s core values.
  • Develop IT resources to provide improved data security & control.
  • Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
  • Develop, document, and maintain department related processes and policies.
  • Create/Maintain user accounts and access control.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
  • Provide direction with software partners and other IT support services.
  • Develop & Implement data retrieval and recovery procedures.
  • Design and implement efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
  • Consult with users, management and third parties to assess computing needs and system requirements.
  • Install and deploy hardware and software upgrades to meet company objectives.
  • Keep up to date with advancements and best practices in ERP and IT administration.
  • Provide required ERP and Cyber training to company employees.
  • Monitor and maintain ERP Systems, networks, and servers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related fields
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Extensive experience with ERP, IT systems, networks, and other related technologies
  • 2 years’ experience in similar field
  • Solid knowledge of best practices in ERP, IT Administration and system security
  • Proficient in SQL Databases / SQL Certification
  • 3 years of IT / Database Administration experience
  • Experience in Infor Syteline and Factory Track
