The following qualifications will be given preference:

-Soccer coaching experience preferred.

-Strong in the fundamentals of soccer and good knowledge of the sport.

-One who understands the development and process of building a successful program

-One who understands the concept of “total athlete” and can tie academics and athletics together.

-One who can establish good rapport with the parents and community and promote sportsmanship and participation from the student community.

-One who can give feedback on the facility, equipment and safety.

-Be a motivator, disciplinarian, and have strong organizational skills.
